The Reflex Serum is an Item which can be bought during the Provisions stage if the Adrenaline Manufactorium Side Deck is constructed.
When used on the selected hero, Reflex Serum grants Riposte for 3 turns. If the Amber Craftsmen Side Deck is constructed, using Reflex Serum provides the hero with an additional +8 ACC and +10% CRT buff for the same duration of the Riposte.
