The Dredge is one of the new exclusive playable Characters in Black Reliquary.


Class Description

Its pilot is a veteran combatant, and her machine is a blood-drenched marvel. It can be called in during combat and will remain in active use even after combat ends. However, this mechanical marvel has a tendency to overheat and needs time to cool.

Combat Skills

Few Ostvengr soldiers reached the honors of becoming dredge units. Fewer still continued to serve well into the latter portion of their lives. With a collapsed empire behind her, the wandering Dredge has taken up a new calling in a new battlefield.
~ Training Hall

The Dredge has two different sets of abilities, which changes whenever she switches form using Eldritch Core. Transforming into Mech Mode does not count as an action, allowing the Dredge to use Eldritch Core and another skill on the same turn. Upon transforming back into Normal Mode, Eldritch Core cannot be used again until the party Camps and rests. If the Dredge is in Mech Mode when a battle ends, she will stay in the mech suit, carrying on to the next battle. Additionally, camping while still in Mech Mode will still keep her in the mech when the party wakes up.

Her Mech Mode abilities will gain 10% heat (or 5/10/15% for Wyrd Conflagration), when it reaches 100% she will gradually take damage, and it is recommended to turn back to Normal Mode.
