The Legion Deadbolt is a Lost Legion/Human enemy found in all Regions when the Torchlight exceeds 50.

Behavior

The Deadbolt will use Smithing Bolts or Condemnation on the Prep Round.

Smiting Bolts Buffs DMG and allows the him to use Spiritual Salvo instead of Excise the Menace, but only once.

Comdemnation Debuffs PROT / DODGE and Marks.

Excise the Menace is his primary attack, dealing average damage. It does an extra +50% to Marked targets and +25% to Expiated targets.

Spiritual Salvo is an initially average attack with slightly higher damage then Excise the Menance, but if the target is both Marked +50% and Expiated +100% it will attack for a devastating +150% DMG Bonus.
