The Ghoul Mother is a Ghoul/Unholy enemy and is a Boss found during a special quest in the Exposed Interior, after losing 8 trinkets. It is the equivalent of the Shrieker. She is the queen of the ghoul scavengers in The Valley. A vicious voracity, this beast violently devours even her own allies as a means to recover.
She is a hulking, pale monstrosity, wearing several broken chains and padlocks all across her neck, bloodied hands, and all the way down to her feet. She has a gaping hole in her ribcage where she stores coins of gold and other valuable treasures. The Ghoul Mother has a grisly face, with unhinged crimson jaws and blank white eyes. Patches of silver hair grows all over the top of her body, down to her chest.
Behavior
The Ghoul Mother will start with Undead Dissonance which will then be used until all Heroes are Frantic, after this it will not be used again.
If she is the only enemy alive it will use Ear-Splitting Wail doing full party Stress and summoning a Ghoul Painweaver.
If she reaches 50% HP and another enemy is alive it will use Greed and Gluttony killing the enemy and healing for 25%.
She will use Getaway after 15 actions (End of Turn 5), giving your whole party stress with a high chance of the anxiety symptom.
If she cannot use anything else, she will use Onslaught or Weight of Wealth, which both debuff and do moderate damage, with Onslaught being more dangerous with higher CRIT and DMG.

After completing the Ghoul Mother's quest, she will drop one of her hands and a cursed daric as the Reliquary's Spoils. You do not need to kill her.
